Required Documents via Facsimile Service Steps for Using the Service

The service is available for both corporate and individual. In case of corporate, the following terms and conditions are applied:-

  • Same corporate
  • Same account name
  • Same payment order. Affiliated company, however, is not allowed to jointly use the service. In case of individual, the following terms and conditions are applied:-
    • One account holder name with multiple authorizing signatures
    • Account holder signature specimen
  • In case of payment order requiring multiple authorizing signatures
    • For joint Account, service applicants must sign together
    • For and/or Account, one individual is not allowed to apply
Service Application Documents

The service is available for both corporate and individual. In case of corporate, the following documents are required:-

  • Request and Agreement of Terms and Conditions for Self Service Banking Forms in the format set forth by the Bank
  • Account owner’s signature specimen
  • Copy of Partnership/Company Registration Certification certified by the registrar not exceeding one month
  • Copy of Memorandum of Association and company’s regulation
  • Minutes of Meeting and Power of Attorney (in case of absentee)
  • Copy of ID card or other equivalent documentation
  • Copy of census registration

In case of individual, the following documents are required:-

  • Request and Agreement of Terms and Conditions Self Service Banking Forms in the format set forth by the Bank
  • Passbook or cheque book
  • Account owner’s signature specimen
  • Copy of ID card
