Service Features
Direct Debit service is provided through three channels:
  • KTB Branch – simply fill in the application form and attach your ID card’s copy
  • ATM – apply by entering Comp. Code and Reference Code at ATM
  • KTB Online – log onto KTB Online and go to Direct Debit Menu to select the company
