Service Features

• Loan amount will be considered based on the proposed project as necessary and ability to disburse with two years duration for principal payback
• Installment term will be twice a year for the principal, every June and December
• Having the securities as required by the bank regulations, except for the building or land where the school located as the securities

Applicants’ Qualifications

• Being private school with the license from the Ministry of Education or local district office
• Having no mortgage obligations but insurance according to bank regulations is required

Service Terms/ Conditions

Applicants have to notify the Office of the Private Education Commission (Bangkok) or local district office to get the status certification of the private school license holder. When the main office receive loan request, such request will be sent to the branch for processing the loanee’s application and consideration. This service will be available for only schools which have the welfare fund for principals and private school teacher’s account.

Credit Terms: Maximum 8 years including 2 years of principal payback
