Target Customers

The three target groups for KTB e-Money Card are as follows:

  • You have an authorization on your own card only
  • Password should be kept for your own privacy. If any person do the transaction with your own card and password, such transaction shall be as your own. We will not be responsible for any mistake from the above mentioned transaction
  • If there are three wrong mistakes pressing card’s password, your card will be held automatically. In case you want to use the same old card, new card and password’s request form should be required with the fee collected as regulated by the bank
  • In case the card is used for any complete transaction, we will approve your card with such password for using consumer goods payment service, counter service including doing any financial and banking transaction and/or the bank’s transaction which will be expanded further
  • In case of expired date (two years stated on the card), you can request for your balance within 30 days since expiring date. If not, the bank will be charged for card preservation by direct debiting from your account as the rate stated by the bank. If such balance is not enough for fee charging, we have authorization to cancelled your card without sending notice in advance
  • You, the card’s owner, can send a copy of e-Money Card request form to withdraw your money. Card fee will be charged as the rate stated by the bank, however, such card should be available, not on expiring date
  • All transaction is available for checking account status 24 hours a day via KTB Contact Center 1551 or other KTB channels
