Initial Amount
Fixed Deposit: Three, Six and 12 Months
  • Minimum 1,000 baht per deposit
  • Interest is payable at the end of deposit term and will not be paid monthly
Fixed Deposit: 24 and 36 Months
  • Minimum 10,000 baht per deposit and cannot be partially withdrawn
  • Interest is payable quarterly (every three months) by direct transfer to the principle account (saving or current account) as specified to the bank
Service Terms and Conditions
Fixed Deposit: Three, Six and 12 Months
  • Three month account – no interest for premature withdrawal
  • Six and 12 months account – withdrawnable after an initial three months, interest of which shall be calculated based on saving account interest rate according to type of account at the date of withdrawal and subject to withholding tax
  • In case that the deposit term is mature on the bank’s holiday and the matured sum is withdrawn on a working day after such holiday, the interest shall be calculated for such holiday in addition to the specified maturity date at the previously specified rate
Fixed Deposit: 24 and 36 Months
  • No interest for premature withdrawal within the initial three months
  • Deposit over three months, interest shall be calculated based on actual deposit period according to type of account at the date of withdrawal and subject to withholding tax. Excess interest paid by the bank shall be deducted against the principle
  • At the maturity of the deposit, the sum shall be transferred to the principle account (saving or current account) as specified to the bank

  • ID card or Government Officer ID card or State Enterprise Personal ID card or other Government Agency Official card with ID number
  • Passport with ID number
  • In case of juvenile with no ID card, census registration with ID number or birth certificate or guardian’s documentation is required (as specified in 1-3)
  • In case of incompetent person, ID number, census registration and guardian certificate are required
  • In case of foreigner, passport and work permit or visa (valid for three months onwards) are required
  • In case of foreign student, personal documentation and student certificate issued by school/college are required
  • In case of monk, ID card or monk certificate and copy of census registration are required
