Service Conditions and Fees
  • Securities including deposit, corporate bonds, real estate securities and personal or corporate warrantee is required
  • Customer is able to withdraw cash or transfer money by a cheque of differing branch within a credit limit specified by the bank. Exemption is made for cash withdrawal at differing branch from current account with prior agreement for money transfer between accounts and corporate account with condition of payment by using multiple coloured seal or embossed seal. Required Documents
Individual Account
  • ID card or Government Officer ID card or State Enterprise Personal ID card or other Government Agency Official card with ID number
Juristic Person
  • Minutes of meeting indicating an intention to open a account as well as power of attorney and condition of payment, signed by authorized person and closed with company seal
  • Company Registration issued by the registrar or the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce with a certification from the registrar not over 30 days
  • Memorandum of Association and Company Regulation indicating business objectives and list of shareholder names
  • Certification of Company Seal (Bor Or Jor 3.) depicting the registered company seal a certification from the registrar not over 30 days
  • Certification of Partnership Registration from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce
  • Commercial Registration from the Department of Revenues or VAT Registration (Por.Phor. 20) from the Department of Revenues
  • ID card and census registration of authorized person

  • A minimum of 10,000 baht deposit
Interest Rate
  • No interest payable
Fee: Deposit-Withdrawal of Current Account at Differing Branch
  1. Account Maintenance Fee: In case of monthly average balance lower than 1,000 baht, a fee of 100 baht per month is applied.
  2. Cheque Book Issuing Fee: A fee of 12 baht and duty of 3 baht, a total of 15 baht, is applied per book.
  3. Inter-Provincial Deposit Fee
    For both individual and corporate account, a fee of 10 baht per every 10,000 baht is applied, an excess thereof shall be calculated by a portion of thousand; maximum not exceeding 1,000 baht, minimum fee is 10 baht. A fee of 20 baht is also applied per money transfer request.
  4. Cheque Withdrawal at Differing Branch
    • In case of clearing within Bangkok area and in the same district, a fee of 20 baht per every 10,000 baht, an excess thereof shall be calculated by a portion of thousand. Minimum fee chargeable is 20 baht.
    • In case of clearing outside Bangkok area, withdrawal at differing branch in other province and district, a fee of 10 baht per every 10,000 baht, an excess thereof shall be calculated by a portion of thousand. Minimum fee chargeable is 20 baht.
Cheque Deposit Receivable from Differing District in the Same Clearing House Area

For Individuals – a rate of 0.10 percent of the cheque nominal value. Minimum fee is 10 baht per cheque.

KTB Cheque service user is able to conveniently and timely carry out their cheque related transaction including:-
  • Cheque Status Inquiry
  • Cheque Detainment Summary Inquiry
  • Stop Cheque

In order to secure check payment, draw two parallel lines at the top left corner of the cheque to ensure it is not cashable and be deposited into an account only. Writing the world "A/C Payee Only" between those two parallel lines specifies that the cheque only be deposited to the account whose name is written on the cheque.
