Krung Thai Bank is going to help entrepreneurs to gain an access to capital resources. It plans to offer full-range products and services at SME Thailand Expo 2011, held this September 22-25. The Bank provides loans with special interest mortgages with credit line of 100%. Customers will be waived from loan management and project analysis fees. Retail clients also have a chance to win 10 Honda motorcycles.

Mr. Weidt Nuchjalearn, Senior Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Krung Thai Bank PCL. says that the event will take place at Impact Exhibition Hall, Muangthong Thani and the Bank has been preparing many products such as  SME loans, loans for retail customers, insurances, funds, credit cards, high-purchase products.

Outstanding products comprise KTB Supply chain solutions loan that will assist SMEs affected by the higher costs of production. The highest credit line offered up to 90% despite the exemption of securities. KTB Factoring loan are offered to be used as working capital to the customers by buying or accepting transfer of accounts receivable for 180 days, and the bank pays 90% of total amount on behalf of the customer in advance. SME-Productivity loan is the product that helps improvement of manufacturing efficiency and development of production such as purchase of machinery that the customer is able to borrow 100% of selling price. Interest rate will be charged at MLR-1% p.a. Environmental loan is provided to entrepreneurs to handle environmental issues at 100% credit line, 2% interest rate through out 7 years. Moreover, SME entrepreneurs registering for loan request at the event will be exempted from loan management and project analysis fees.

Mr. Weidt Nuchjalearn further states that retail customers, who has been repaying the debt for 3 years, are able to apply for Home for Cash loan and get a chance to win double bonus worth 170,000 baht. Besides, those refinancing their housing loan will be charged zero interest rate for 6 months, collateral appraisal and mortgage fees are free of charge.
Last but not least, it returns favor of customers who have payroll account with Krung Thai Bank.
