Environmental conservative project
Sukhumvit Building won Thailand Energy Awards 2007, arranged by Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, in New and Existing Building. Its remarkableness of efficiently using Building Automation System both in electrical and lightning system including saving energy materials like insulated glass reducing external heat, modern Chiller air condition and using light luminous tile for saving energy make Sukhumvit Building being nominated to Asian Energy Award 2007 held at Singapore and won the second prize.
